If you are not happy with a product purchased at our online store, please return the item to for exchange or replacement.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on skin care, swimwear and inner wear products, unless faulty. However, Barrel HK gladly accepts exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective lifestyle and apparel purchased in our online store.



Returns Policy: 14 days Return Period

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an item shipped from

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchase it.
  • Items that have been purchased from can be returned to shipping address assigned by
  • Any item purchased from must be returned in accordance with's returns and refunds policy.
  • Any item you return needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • We will not accept merchandise that's missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

To return a purchase, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email our Customer Service team at or fill in the Contact Us form. 
        - Please include your order number and items you wish to return available.
  2. Barrel HK notified of the request
  3. Repackage your products
        - Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.
  4. Barrel HK inspect the product (7-10 business days) and issue a refund.
  5. A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
  6. All replacement can only be accepted ONCE.



  • All Barrel HK products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects.
  • Items will be warrantied at the discretion of Barrel HK
  • Barrel HK does not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, accidents or damages caused by use other than intended.
  • Warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase 

 *If product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement*



To initiate the warranty claim, please email or fill in the Contact Us form with a description of the problem you are having. 

Please make sure you have the following information available:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Shipping address
  3. Description of product problem
  4. Clear images (2-3) of defective products
  5. A copy of your proof of purchase

Once our warranty team has received your information, one of our representatives will be in contact with you on the available options and the next steps for processing.



No return or exchange will be accepted for the following:

  1. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.
  2. Broken, marked or damaged due to customer   
        Example: contaminated by muddy water or mud, or damage by the use of slide in the water park
  3. When a package is opened or damaged to result in a loss of product value, the product you have used, and the product that you have removed a tag 
      Example: any traces of cosmetics (powder, eye liner, pearl, other contaminated substances  
        (Except, such case shall be excluded that a package is destroyed to check the content of product.)
  4. Purchase made with Promo Code Applied (Sale item)
  5. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
